Are you kidding me!!! They have not tried to work anything out with me! You keep playing there, you keep feeding them. The management is rude to their customers and there is no customer service.
Try getting a drink, that's a joke. I can win or lose at any casino, but it's how they treat their customers that counts. YOU must not care.

I too have played at the Rose for years and went through the ending of there comp program.I did not have as much comp points as you but was told in advance a couple of months if I remember that they would expire.I had no problem using them up and there new program gives me cash for my play I can get right away.But I think they should have had some careover program for people who did not get to use what they had.Its hard to believe that after all the years you say you played there one misjudgement on there part would run you off and that you could'nt work something out.But less compatition for me.

I agree - it's outrageous that a casino would treat loyal, long-time customers that way. It's like they don't care and in this economy, it's crazy. The current Bling-Bling is another where the customer is required to not only get tickets but to fill them out and get them into a drum for drawings to only qualify for big prizes. In other words - dumb! I really thought they'd be out with a super special promotion for those who lost comps but nothing yet. So the question is - who will get your business? Who gets the loyal, high rollers Triple Crown has lost?
