Bitter sweet dinner at the Down Under - Midnight Rose Casino

So, here's the thing... The Buzz had a great dinner at the Down Under. So much food!!!! Appetizers, steak, lobster, wine, desserts - all very good with great company. But what should have been a wonderful dinner was a little messed up. Our hostess had been collecting and using comps at the Triple Crown Casinos since the beginning. Now the deadline was 9/15 to use them or lose them. So while the staff remains awesome - the Buzz wonders what the frick??? Just erasing the long saved comps of long-time customers - it doesn't seem right. What do you think?
