Enough with the crab legs

by Buzz
(Cripple Creek)

It amazes me what crab legs (and I don't mean mine) can do at a restaurant in Cripple Creek. Really? That's what's impressive? If you've been to any coastal region - seafood is expected, fresh, and good. Here, it's ok but it's put out there like some kind of big deal. It's frozen! The only reason to have it is for the melted butter. Be honest. It doesn't feel good to eat that kind of stuff. Here in the wild west, I'm looking for great meat recipes, specifically beef. Kick those up a notch. Feature local specialties. Be authentic. While we're talking, any chance for new desserts? Variety is the spice of life. What better place to spice things up.
